1-on-1 Yoga Amersfoort

You can practise yoga in a relaxed, no-stress, environment with someone who takes into account your wishes and needs. Together we’ll find out what you need and I provide a tailer-made yoga session for you. Every session is different, simply because you are unique and not the same person each day.

Hatha Yoga

The kind of yoga that I teach is Hatha yoga. A yoga class consists of:

 

  1. Physical movements to make the body flexible and strong.
  2. Breathing exercises to strengthen, calm and purify the body and your “life energy”.
  3. Meditation to focus the mind; still the flow of distracting thoughts; and enhance awareness. Your mind feels calm and focussed.
